In the 911 call, the Planned Parenthood staffer did not have information to give to the dispatcher, preventing paramedics from arriving to the scene fully informed about her condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">It\u2019s not known if the woman had a surgical or chemical abortion, as both can cause hemorrhage. The abortionist on duty, however, was allegedly Jeanne Corwin; she is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/dangerous-ohio-abortion-facility-injures-another-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suspected<\/a>&nbsp;of being responsible for other botched abortions at the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-wp-embed is-provider-rumble-com wp-block-embed-rumble-com\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"Woman Sent to Hospital After Abortion at &quot;New&quot; Planned Parenthood Facility\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v6suc5x\/#?secret=2z1FFD5HvU\" data-secret=\"2z1FFD5HvU\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The History:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The abortion facility, originally known as the Women\u2019s Med Center of Dayton, was owned by Martin Haskell, inventor of the dilation and extraction (D&amp;X), or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/partial-birth-abortion-was-it-really-rare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018partial-birth\u2019 abortion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/shocking-video-abortionists-eyeball-just-fell-down-into-my-lap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">now federally-banned<\/a>&nbsp;procedure, the baby is fully delivered breech, or feet first, except for her head, which is left inside the vaginal canal. The abortionist then makes an incision in the base of the baby\u2019s neck, inserts a suction cannula, and suctions out the baby\u2019s brain before delivering the rest of her body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This facility has a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/ohio-abortion-business-dangerous-history-injures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">long history<\/a>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/dangerous-ohio-abortion-facility-injures-another-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">injuring women<\/a>. In 2014, the Ohio Department of Health&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrJ6SSVSxNgGYEAFVZXNyoA;_ylu=Y29sbwNiZjEEcG9zAzQEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1611906069\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.lifenews.com%2f2019%2f08%2f21%2fohio-court-decision-may-allow-health-department-to-close-abortion-biz-that-kills-3000-babies-a-year%2f\/RK=2\/RS=vg71ctpn3KrsYPDvdD6WW0y4cm4-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">revoked<\/a>&nbsp;the facility\u2019s license for failing to meet state health and safety standards. The facility appealed this ruling, and was operating without a license as the case made its way through the court system.
