Many people are in jail over this. \u2026 We\u2019re going to get that taken care of immediately \u2014 [on the] first day,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/5as9m5cab.cc.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=0015GS9NXjif7cxgw_dptYmQ3tMJjj1j1UB5JBd2OPVoSBuD8AmM5VQ2ysnU8CJd2MjOEtxpxYce3MyeNI5wuRQh4l8Zu-k2MGxUyFMox-YQJgKFG8yNncibQeZt3RMM00-gz3piFv6TEacUCub2AYXMwi3bNgl2tWX1dfHevx_hQIq531alEZ5XvvbqzI6MbqkR4Ztl6immJt5hyQfzO3KomRLvsHSGi0vanIn25RKl3X_yLQkzGQPAXsqnhZv7CYvSPVoN3i_eMTE5NulrXtJXj9bjaQMnz5I&amp;c=fu7SZk4sNykNEnYzE8JO6XOLf3Wkli6HM3svYURzekE-OboQQ0KkBw==&amp;ch=uJzORoM6lUSo1csu-4Re_bJ1cFzVnthCuuEvr3Evha_FgttHhF89hA==\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">promised<\/a>&nbsp;Trump. He continued saying he would \u201crapidly review the cases of every political prisoner who\u2019s unjustly victimized by the Biden regime, including Paulette, so we can get them out of the gulags and back to their families where they belong.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Less than three months away from his presidency, let\u2019s remind Trump of who deserves a pardon, especially as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/5as9m5cab.cc.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=0015GS9NXjif7cxgw_dptYmQ3tMJjj1j1UB5JBd2OPVoSBuD8AmM5VQ2ysnU8CJd2Mjy1MgrqClTo1ld4TdejfzL8O3e5wytqvBl0hXUkD797SBIYPMTsIzCc6VRUszh3o8K8b3XvYPIE1Ihck5qKY9xNo6HEWe2f734yd30atWZ0pJ83ZJfyDzdsxswfwI1zsCpKWzhIM_WzIRKl_RkwJ0qrnTiWb07ubEdKUNFD0KZw2ug1NkJ_R6tW34ZB4pJqII&amp;c=fu7SZk4sNykNEnYzE8JO6XOLf3Wkli6HM3svYURzekE-OboQQ0KkBw==&amp;ch=uJzORoM6lUSo1csu-4Re_bJ1cFzVnthCuuEvr3Evha_FgttHhF89hA==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">President Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter,<\/a>\u00a0just days before a scheduled sentencing hearing. Also on the line for those convicted and then pardoned, restoration of civil rights,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/5as9m5cab.cc.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=0015GS9NXjif7cxgw_dptYmQ3tMJjj1j1UB5JBd2OPVoSBuD8AmM5VQ2ysnU8CJd2MjYW_EMugKxx5ofljLASWvFTIud3_cWBMpivD7NPaACRZXfRg9K5IDDl7f-g5PTblKLJvma8d5UOtiCAnJpBL5SWL_XCO0PAfuMNr0CAT5eM8TOL-_i1t_6DXTnZFIQc7ns-4-Ndp6DdQ=&amp;c=fu7SZk4sNykNEnYzE8JO6XOLf3Wkli6HM3svYURzekE-OboQQ0KkBw==&amp;ch=uJzORoM6lUSo1csu-4Re_bJ1cFzVnthCuuEvr3Evha_FgttHhF89hA==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">such as the right to vote<\/a>. At stake are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Paulette Harlow,\u00a0Joan Andrews Bell, Jonathan Darnel, Lauren Handy, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, William Goodman, and Herb Geraghty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In October 2020, Harlow and seven other pro-lifers, Joan Andrews Bell, Jonathan Darnel, Lauren Handy, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, William Goodman, and Herb Geraghty, were convicted of the FACE Act for peacefully protesting in front of an abortion facility entrance in Washington, D.C. Harlow turned herself in on Nov. 22, 2024, to serve her two year sentence. Additionally,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seven others<\/a>&nbsp;received similar prison sentences regarding the same incident:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Joan Andrews Bell:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.catholicnewsagency.com\/news\/257704\/elderly-pro-life-activist-sentenced-to-over-two-years-in-prison-under-face-act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Two year prison sentence<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jonathan Darnel:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2.8 years<\/a>\u00a0(26 months) prison sentence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jean Marshall:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.catholicnewsagency.com\/news\/257916\/locked-up-meet-the-elderly-and-infirm-women-now-in-prison-for-pro-life-activism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Two year prison sentence<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Lauren Handy:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/lauren-handy-abortion-clinic-blockade-ab461332b6c83d1c4d7f4d6175d04fbc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Four years and nine months<\/a>\u00a0prison sentence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">John Hinshaw:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">21 months prison sentence<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Heather Idoni:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Two year prison sentence<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">William Goodman:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">27 months prison sentence<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Herb Geraghty:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/seven-defendants-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">27 months prison sentence<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Paul Vaughn, Chester Gallagher, Calvin Zastrow, Coleman Boyd, and Dennis Green<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In 2021,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/studentsforlife.org\/2024\/07\/02\/peaceful-pro-lifer-and-father-of-11-receives-no-jail-time-after-bidens-weaponized-department-of-justice-prosecuted-him-for-alleged-face-act-violations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paul Vaughn<\/a>, along with five other pro-lifers, Chester Gallagher, Calvin Zastrow, Coleman Boyd, and Dennis Green, were convicted of the FACE Act for singing and praying in an abortion facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Thankfully, Vaughn and Green received supervised release, but other pro-lifers weren\u2019t as fortunate. The sentences are as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Chester Gallagher:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/leader-2021-tennessee-clinic-blockade-sentenced-federal-conspiracy-against-rights-and#:~:text=Chester%20Gallagher%2C%20the%20leader%20of,to%20Clinic%20Entrances%20(FACE)%20Act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">16 months prison sentence<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Heather Idoni:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tctimes.com\/news\/linden-woman-sentenced-to-federal-prison-again\/article_5145eefe-8285-11ef-98db-4353a78ab1e5.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">32 months prison sentence<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Calvin Zastrow:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/theleaven.org\/7-activists-convicted-of-face-act-violations-by-blockading-michigan-abortion-clinic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Six months prison sentence<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Coleman Boyd:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zenit.org\/2024\/07\/08\/pro-life-defenders-in-tennessee-are-sentenced-a-case-of-controversy-and-legal-confrontation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Six months prison sentence<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Paul Vaughn: three years of supervised release.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dennis Green: three years of supervised release.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Idoni is serving her D.C. sentence and Tennessee sentence concurrently, while also waiting for sentencing in Michigan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Eva Edl, Eva Zastro, James Zastro, and Paul Place<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In March 2021, Eva Edl, 87, along with three other pro-lifers, Eva Zastro, James Zastro, and Paul Place<strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp;were convicted of the FACE Act in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Edl survived the horrors of a communist concentration camp and now spends her life advocating for the preborn. Their sentences are as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eva Edl:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/catholicvote.org\/pro-life-activists-receive-sentences-abortion-clinic-protest-face-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Three years probation<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eva Zastro:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/angelusnews.com\/news\/life-family\/activists-sentenced-face-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In home<\/a>&nbsp;detention, three years\u2019 probation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">James Zastro: In home detention, three years\u2019 probation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Paul Place: In home detention, three years\u2019 probation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Joel Curry, Caroline Davis, and Justin Phillips<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In August 2024, Joel Curry, Caroline Davis, and Justin Phillips were&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-89-year-old-woman-convicted-faces-over-a-decade-in-prison-for-peaceful-pro-life-protest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">convicted of the FACE Act<\/a>&nbsp;for peaceful protest in Detroit, Michigan, at a Northland Family Planning Clinic, an abortion facility in the state. Currently, they are all awaiting sentencing:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Calvin Zastrow&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Chester Gallagher&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Heather Idoni&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Caroline Davis&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Joel Curry&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Justin Phillips&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eva Edl&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eva Zastrow&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Steven Lefemine<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In March 2024,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/studentsforlife.org\/2024\/03\/15\/man-convicted-of-the-face-act-for-sitting-in-front-of-planned-parenthood-entrance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steven Lefemine<\/a>\u00a0became the first citizen in South Carolina to be convicted of the FACE Act and sentenced to 60 days in prison. It\u2019s not that he spewed hatred or physically attacked anyone. Rather, he peacefully sat in front of the entrance praying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We\u2019re ready for President-elect and former President Donald Trump to put his words into action by releasing these peaceful pro-life advocates and protecting free speech online and on the ground.
