Wade have made\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/first-lady-jill-biden-invites-texas-woman-sought-illegal-abortion-state-union-address\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">national headlines<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/pro-life-states-consider-abortion-exceptions-cases-fatal-fetal-anomalies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PRO-LIFE STATES CONSIDER ABORTION EXCEPTIONS IN CASES OF FATAL FETAL ANOMALIES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/perinatal-hospice-programs.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30666\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.411764705882353;width:738px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/perinatal-hospice-programs.png 696w, https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/perinatal-hospice-programs-300x213.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The FRC study surveyed 82 women in 11 hospice programs to determine who was choosing perinatal hospice, what type of care they were receiving, and how they felt about their experience in these programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Most of the respondents were married, White, and religious. Most had above average incomes and bachelor&#8217;s degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">These women said they were commonly offered counseling, sonograms, mementos, prayer, support groups, a birth plan, burial and a memorial service. A large majority of the women reported high levels of satisfaction with the support they received and found the programs helpful for the grieving process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;Overall, women expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the care they received from perinatal hospices with 83 percent of women reporting the level of emotional support from the perinatal hospice as &#8216;very supportive&#8217; and 79 percent of women unable to note anything from the program that was not helpful in the grieving process,'&#8221; the FRC said\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in a media release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\/new-book-teaches-children-those-disabilities-different-design-loved-god\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>NEW BOOK TEACHES CHILDREN THAT THOSE WITH DISABILITIES ARE \u2018DIFFERENT BY DESIGN&#8217; AND LOVED BY GOD<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"673\" height=\"432\" src=\"https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Songram.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30665\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5578703703703705;width:795px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Songram.png 673w, https:\/\/cincinnatirighttolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Songram-300x193.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 673px) 100vw, 673px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The vast majority of women who sought this care also reported a high level of confidence in their decision to carry to birth, with 86 percent reporting they were &#8220;very much&#8221; confident in this decision after receiving this care and none reporting they were &#8220;not at all confident.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Despite the positive experiences these women had with these programs, most were advised to have an abortion when doctors informed them about their child&#8217;s diagnosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">More than 55 percent of the women in the study reported being encouraged<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/sotu-guest-conceived-rape-challenges-biden-abortion-am-one-percent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0by a doctor to get an abortion\u00a0<\/a>with the majority relaying they were advised this option on more than one occasion.
