Tragically, in 2022, 18,488 women chose or were forced into abortion in Ohio. Abortions in Ohio for 2022 decreased by 15.24% from 2021. While this is substantial and represents a win for life, we still grieve for the thousands who never received a birthday, only a death day. We grieve for the mothers who carry the burden of the loss of life of their sons or daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Adding to the tragedy, 342 late-term babies were aborted. These children felt pain as they were terminated in violence during the abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">According to the Guttemacher Institute, the research arm of Planned Parenthood:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Only about&nbsp;one percent&nbsp;of second- and third-trimester abortions are performed for fetal anomalies, or eugenics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">One-third (31%) of the women surveyed said that they misjudged how far along they were<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">One-fourth (27%) said that they found it hard to arrange an earlier abortion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">14% said that they were afraid to tell their parents or their \u201cpartner\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The rest gave reasons such as taking their time to decide or waiting for a change in their relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Remember that Planned Parenthood claims that\u00a0all\u00a0partial-birth abortions are done for fatal birth defects or to save the life of the mother.\u00a0It turns out that the actual number done for these reasons is about\u00a0one percent.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=001FHUi6hJTJ591gK6l0qTQD3eYhJtl67lEF9Je8xwFHXS6MBuJpipLrrMMzR9geOsmL82hWHsW5MxKJcmTEjKzIijY8OIC7rpwbXPxLS9NIsz1yWH3vXsfIlTbpfUGj1nqfMOpzc3cds5JN749W59uO0EDRjFo8tFM1sCve3hBlIUQCYNT42SQWoXFL5_jsi-Ok5Umks3hSsir7DUCWdFd-Q==&amp;c=gGUnYdFLANt-u1hhBxQ_XI6w7Iu4kyDgGy9xGJYpRRQBw4A-2d7qBA==&amp;ch=rCetE6hPfN62LlV_Yn1HjfovYZLraUhrb5Szuq86Kd-OEh572aeE-Q==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">READ MORE FROM HLI<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>We MUST VOTE NO on November 7 to prevent Ohio from becoming a late-term abortion<\/strong><br><strong>tourist destination.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ohio Department of Health released the&nbsp;2022 abortions statistics.
